Hello and Salam everyone.

I have applied for Durham college and got conditional admission letter.

They are asking for the payment of 8000$ for confirmation of my admission.

I want to know if can I apply for study permit before paying this fees?

Also what are the chances of study visa rejection? As I am from Pakistan and applying for a Graduate Diploma of 1 year in Durham College.

Please any one help me i'm really worried.
