I send my documents (Engineering Degree & Mark Sheets) to WES in sealed envelope by HEC , but today I received an email from WES that I have to re send by documents again including a form filled by the University registrar.
This form is a new requirement which is not mentioned in the WES website for Pakistani Applicants.
Any one has the same experince with WES ? Please reply.

WES is always confusing... The best thing is to call them and ask them what exactly they want you to send? It might be a mistake that they demanded a document which is not required for Pakistani applicants.
I called the WES Canada and asked about the exact documentary requirements for UET Taxila. She told me just what is written on their site i.e. I need only HEC attested and sealed envelope documents + online status of "Attested" no need for institution based documents. This is so confusing would any of you successful candidate from UET Taxila will tell me exactly what is the procedure??? I need it URGENTLY. Thanks
I have submitted my docs asper WES's requirement and didnt have any problems. Btw I have studied from Taxila and sent HEC approved and sealed Transcript and Degree. I would strongly advise to check and tally your token numbers from your degree and transcript to what HEC have on their database.
They screwed me by putting the token numbers wrongly on different documents, for this you would have to got to HEC and physically check the token numbers as they are worthless idiots.
No worries, make sure you double check the token number yourself and dont go with what they say(Database of HEC should exactly match with your token numbers..they have this habit of putting the transcript token number on Degree and vice versa on their database.) I am saying this because of this idiocity my application was submitted late by almost 12 days.

by token number do you mean the number printed on the HEC stamp which HEC past on the back of degree? in my case my degree is already attested but i have to attest transcipt seperatly. Do i reaally need to attest transcrpt also or alone degree is suffcient?
I am facing a different problem from WES. I have got 2 set of copies for transcript and degree attested from HEC. One set was sealed by HEC and I mailed the same to WES. Today I received the mail that I have not send the documents as per WES requirement.
In my status against all the required documents they have written "Acadamic transcript submitted".
