Current processing time at the Islamabad visa office is 71 days.... this is the average time it took to process 80 percent of the cases..... and it will change from case to case.
It's difficult for any of us to say what are chances of your wife and kids getting TRVs. It depends on the documents/evidence you have provided for their individual and collective strong ties to Pakistan

I do have Pakistani passport and did apply from Pretoria south Africa , buy could not get any response .So be hopeful.
