I am sponsoring my spouse outland. I just noticed that the marriage date is written wrong on my Nikah Nama. According to my research, the best course of action is to make corrections on Nikah Nama by concerned authorities (Nikah Khawan and Union Council). I heard that fabricating a Nikah Nama again is illegal as per Pakistan law.
