I am new here so please bear with me if I didn't follow any group etiquettes. I have a general query for my profile.
I was selected by Indigo Airlines in September 2017 for pilot training and was sent to Australia for the same.
During October 2017 till February 2020, I was under training and in due course of the training I earned the following 2 diplomas in Adelaide, Australia - Diploma of Aviation and Diploma in Instrument rating. During the entire training period I was paid a stipend and I paid taxes on the same stipend.
From March,2020 onwards, I'm no longer a cadet and is done with the training. Now I'm serving within the airline.
I also have a Bachelors of Engineering degree from India.
Here's my question, Will my time period from Oct 2017 to present can be counted as work experience ? Note: during training and after training, we don't have any fixed number of working hours. It's contingent on weather, operations many factors. Some weeks it's more than 40 hours but some weeks it's 0.
Please help me clarify for this doubt for which I shall be very grateful. I'm looking to apply under Federal Skilled Worker Program and/or PNP.
