PA vaccinated outside Canada, now landed

So my PA is going to land is Nov 2021. She is fully vaccinated with Pfizer, and she has her internaional vaccine card in arabic/english and certified by external affairs in her country.

My question is, once she lands, can she show that pass from her country to access non-essential services? Or does she have to go somewhere to convert her international vaccine cert to the ontario one?

No, once landed, first, she has to reach health service authority in Ontario for further information about her vaccine situation and they will guide her.

If you received one or more doses of the COVID-19covid 19 vaccine out of province, contact your local public health unit to record your information and receive proper documentation.

Proof of vaccination may also include a vaccination receipt from another jurisdiction that shows the holder is fully vaccinated against COVID-19covid 19.
