Hello all,
I wanted to share my situation. I am on implied status right now as my employer agreed to file an LMIA application for me in March 2019 but before the expiry of my work permit I filed a paper based application for work permit in June 2019 without the LMIA decision as the application was under processing..
Meanwhile on the completion of my 1 year experience in Canada I created an Express Entry Profile and got an ITA this month and I am about to leave Quebec because of Express Entry obligations and my employer is going to cancel the LMIA application.
My Question is Can I apply for another work permit based on the AOR that I will get after submission of documents as I am gone never out of status ..???
PLease advice me
Or should I apply to restore for the visitor record
