OWP health care conditions removed

Hello CANADAVISA VIP' members thanks for making this forum available. Anyones' experience in this area is greatly appreciated. The application is for my wife we married in November 2015...now inland continuing on a visitors visa, waiting for our permanent residency to process and complete. Shes not working yet.

We already received our inland open work permit with the exclusion of HealthCare Service Workers (my wife is a nurse). Our immigration consultant did not followit up with the correct work permit in a timely manner, SO.... I decided to apply myself with the CIC website, and some of my own personal research of the application guide. Thankfully , We completed the medical exam necessary for health care workers. (necessary for nurses)

- since its my first time preparing an application, i am afraid they will not accept the uploaded digital picture. I tried my best to follow all guidelines for IRCC digital picture submission. But it might give them reason to ask for us to resubmit the picture document.
- I noticed in later research, that they would prefer one file, of merged .PDF's for all stamped pages of the passport. As I look back at my uploads, it was a .pdf of one stamped page. Another reason for the IRCC agent to ask for another re-upload of documents.

It was all submitted March 10. Needless to say, we are anxiously waiting. My question is: If we receive the news that these documents have to be re-uploaded to complete the best application, will they just confirm the documents, and approve the open work permit with conditions removed? (or heaven forbid, would they put us back in a time consuming 30 - 60 day queue to review and process)

Or perhaps worded more directly: Would the IRCC agent that needs document(s) uploaded, be able to decide on work permit approval very quickly after the review of the needed document? Or do we get further delayed another 30 days...?

Has anyone had this experience? After a request for additional document... How long would it typically take for this process, and to expect an answer, or for work permit condition change?

Your application to remain in Canada as a temporary resident has been approved. A secure document has
been mailed to you at the address that you provided when you made your application. If you have not received
your secure document within six weeks, contact CIC.

My question is, is this our open work permit to remove the health-care field exclusion? Why is the type "WP-EXT" ?

YES !!! work restrictions removed (except for those sex trade and escorts) !!! the WP-ext is the same form for extension of stay and modification of work permit. thanks for all contributors and readers. the system is backed up, is full of red-tape, and requires unlimited patience. but there is hope and all requests are eventually answered. GOOD LUCK!

hi did you pay the 255 again? what was your total waiting time since you submitted the new application to remove the restrictions? i am in the same situation right now.
