Hi, I am a Protected Person in Canada, got married few months ago, after submission of my PR application. I notified them about changing my marital status and than I was asking to provide all details about my spouse, pay the fee etc.. All done.. so my question is, can my spouse apply for an open work permit in Canada now?Have to say that we got married when he was out of status in Canada. Thank You for answering..
