Hi, there

I need your help...
I've applied OWP extension with PR app under common law. I received AOR on March 20, 2021 so I linked my OWP & PR app online.
Currently I am on implied status. I was a PGWP holder and it is expired on August 2020.
My question is that can I apply to restore and extend my OWP under Public Policy? I hope not officer doesn't get confused my two OWP apps.. and in case they rejected. Should I just wait my OWP under common law because it already linked?
Please give ms some advices...thanks!
