OWP Extension/restoration. Help!!

Hi,
I applied for my Inland Sponsorship last year and was issued OWP. Since my passport expiration date was so close, they issued owp according to my passport date. I was suggested to apply for extension/restoration of my status. I checked on cic requirements and checklist, but it seems a little bit generalized. If anyone was in the same situation please tell me what supporting documents you included?
The second is when I was filling the form imm5710 at the beginning there’s a section where you have to indicate what am I applying, but those options are confusing. I never worked due to short length of my owp and pandemic. But the options are only those:
1)apply for a work permit with the same employer
2)apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
3) restore my status as a worker
4)get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

i checked one to restore, but I have to choose multiple. Which another one I should choose?

Has your OWP already expired? You should only be applying to restore your status if you let your OWP expire.

Yes, because before expiration I applied for a wrong visa. But I’m still within 90 days of grace period. I cannot choose only restore, the form is forcing me to make 2 options. So I’m a bit lost

Do you think if it’s correct if I choose options #3& #2 <<apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer>> even if I never worked in Canada since I received my owp and I’m just trying to extend my work permit after restoration? Please help any suggestions would be great.
