So I got AOR for my PR but OWP got returned due to insignificant fund. I need to resend it but I realize my package is now missing photocopy of passport and IMM 5409 (declaration of common law union). Does anyone know why and what to do?
 
Redo your OWP application and send it off again with the correct fees. Someone else will be able to answer for sure, but you might be able to apply for a OWP online now.
