I have overstayed my US Visa for about 3 years now.. I got my immigrant Visa 6 months ago to Canada. Is it okay, to enter Canada directly from the US, or do I need to go back to my home country, and then travel to Canada from there? Thanks.
Yes, It's ok to enter from US- no problem.
Since u said that u got ur Visa it will be no problem to enter in Canada directly. They don't bother that what status u had in other country. If that would have the matter why they had issued u Visa.
To whole they had issued u visa to use ur skill
Regards..
Thanks for all your replies guys, I appreciate it
