Hi Due to some university issue we are in detention center in USA.They filed a case like overstay in US so we voluntary return to India without any ban.Now i'm planning to Canada student visa or visiting visa so the only question is if i apply visa to Canada will they get my info? and what are the chances to approve my visa?Is there any other issue i have to face? please give me some suggestions

Yes, they will. However, you have to declare all the details in any application to Canada anyway.
Failure to do so would be misrepresentation and lead to a possibility of a 5 years ban from Canada.

Yes, they share information. You have to disclose this if you want a visa. If you don't disclose it, you will very probably be banned for misrepresentation.
If you disclose it, there's a chance that you may get a visa. However, your chances are quite low because I assume you're one of the people caught up in the fake university case. You will have to make a compelling case that you're a genuine student and not someone who just wants to immigrate to Canada/USA.

It sounds like your intention is to get too Canada, one way or another. Visiting is just that , you come , visit and you leave . Student permit , you come , study , leave and if you’re eligible a PGWP
