I was a protected person and I applied for PR for me and my family last year and I get my PR in last May,
for my wife application I used to Client Application Status ( https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en ) to check the status, before two days I try to login and I entered the same information but I can't and there is message said (We were not able to identify you using the information you provided ).
I am very sure I entered the right information.
anyone can help me to understand what's going on ??
I submit a web form but as you know they will take a long time to answer .

Please share your pr timeline it will help me a lot pls tell how much time it takes to get aor and if u are having any problem u should call ircc or raise web form for this
