My husband came here last summer and he extended his stay. We're doing the outland application and people I know keep tellimg me I can't do that application while others say it's fine. My hubby did his medical here a couple of weeks ago. Can someone please let me know. I am going to submit papers next week using the outland application but I want to make sure I can even use outland.

Phew thats what I figured! Do you have suggestions for the outland app fandv? Like anything thay would help his app or anything I need to clarify that isnt really stated in CIC?

Hmmmmm no special suggestions really..... I would just provide good amount of relationship proofs, and write a clear story of how you got to know each other, how the relationship developed, how your wedding was, etc. I think it also helps to clarify that your husband is with you in Canada, which explains the lack of proofs since almost 1 year ago, like chat logs, Skype logs, call logs, etc...? Caz obviously you both talk to each other face to face..... . Lots of photos will definitely help too...

are you allowed to list the person being sponsored's home address as your own in Canada, even if they technically don't live there yet since they aren't a PR/Citizen?
