Hi there,

I got a message from CIC that they already send my husband application to the visa office in Manila but we have a problem because we followed the Thailand checklist and his contract will end this March but his visa will end on April. So will this affect his application? please i need help on this .

Can you clarify what you mean? If he is moving, that will not affect his application, but he needs to update his address with CIC.

what i mean was that is it okay if he go back to the Philippines even if we followed the Thailand checklist? He is a Filipino but he lived in Thailand for almost a year thats why we decided to follow the Thailand Checklist rather than the Philippine Checklist.

Another question how long will it take for the application to get approved any idea?
