This is my first time posting. I have a few questions on outland spousal sponsorship. I am from saint lucia. My husband and I got married in June(in saint lucia). he recently obtained his PR in February. We are now in the process of putting in an application for Spousal Sponsorship. NOTE: i applied for canadian visa 2 years ago and it was denied. what is the best way to go about spousal application and will the fact that i was once denied visitors visa affect this application???
