I've recently come across a couple of Youtube videos showing people who applied for outland sponsorship in mid-2020 (peak COVID) and got COPR within 3 months. Not sure if this is 3 months after AOR or from sending via mail, but even if it's the the former this seems fairly quick.
However, the trackers on this forum seem to suggest otherwise, and that the actual processing time is well over 3 months. Is there anyone out there who might have insight into whether these 3-month outland spousal sponsorship situations are exceptions or the norm?

It's possible that due to covid and what not that there might not be as many people applying. I saw those videos also and thought the same thing that it was definitely not the norm from what I am understanding.
