Outland Spousal Sponsorship Applicant medical request While visiting Canada.

Hi everyone my husband (PA) and I recently arrived in Canada on vacation and first thing this morning he got the Medical Request from IRCC and as it states we have 30 days to complete it and have it submitted by the panel physician. My question is can we do it at a panel physician here in Canada?? and if yes any recommendations??? we are currently in Oshawa, Ontario. Please, any help will be appreciated.
