I am presently in Canada on a visit visa for about 2 months now. My wife is a PR and I still have my Outland PR sponsorship application pending (last update was Passed Medicals on April 15).
I am planning on flagpoling with my wife (to the border) to obtain a work permit. Am I eligible for the work permit?
Anyone with flagpoling experience? And what did you guys think?
Yes I agree according to IRCC but i have seen someone with a pending outland spousla application and did applied for work permit online and was approved.
