Medical/Biometrics completed- May 2024
CSQ- Aug 2024
My status changed from PR to Citizen- IRCC updated in our file in Jan 2025
I have asked MP too and they informed us that his medicals and criminality has been completed and his security and eligibility has not been started yet.
in online portal- it shows background in progress.
Its very overwhelming process. Can i apply for his visitor visa

You can apply for visitor visa. No-one can tell you how long the entire process, check the timeline for Quebec, which is VERY long (due to Quebec government policies).
