outland sponsorship application

Hello, I just realize there are two types of sponsorship applications: outland and inland. My wife is a Chinese citizen currently resides in China, and I live in Canada as a Canadian Citizen. I think I should apply for outland sponsorship application for my spouse. I have been filling out forms from

Am I on the right track to apply for outland sponsorship? If not, where do I download the application for outland sponsorship?

There is only one application package. Whether you apply inland or outland is determined by your selection for "Class of Application" on the document checklist.
