Outland Package - how to pull together

Hi all

I finally have all the documents for the package. It says not to use staples, binder, plastic sleeves, folders or albums.
Are paper clips or binder clips? I'm just not sure how to organized everything, especially the pictures.
Could I put the pictures in a ziplock bag?

Hey there,

Congratulations on completing your application,

The way I arranged my application is as follows;

Envelope 1 of 4 - Sponsors Forms and Supporting Docs
Envelope 2 of 4 - Applicants Forms and Supporting Docs
Envelope 3 of 4 - Open Work Permit Application
Envelope 4 of 4 - Proof of Relationship Evidence

The photos I included I put them in a separate small envelope and enclosed inside the proof of relationship evidence envelope.

Make sure you print all receipts of payment and include with your application before sending. Ensure all documents are not out of date too. Good luck!!

I just had 3 parts

I organized mine in the order they are listed on the check list starting with a cover letter, the receipt for the fee's and the barcode pages, then the document checklist then the forms & docs.

I used binder clips to group together forms/documents for sponsor, PA, and supporting docs...all in one envelope

I put mine together in the order of the checklist with paper clips. I put my 20 photos in a separate envelope

You are welcome this is what I have seen other people do and it makes it a lot more organized for the officer

So it doesn't really matter if you separate them into envelopes or put everything in one envelope as long as its in order of the checklist?

Also do you need a cover letter stating what it is or is the checklist good enough
