Hello everyone,

I have lived in Canada for about 2 years (studied and worked) with my boyfriend (we have been together for about 4 years, and met at university in england) and we are in the process of gathering all the documents to send the sponsorship application. My question hereto, I read in another post that german outland applications can either be sent to berlin or buffalo and that the processing time in buffalo would be a little bit shorter. Could anyone please provide me with some more information in regards to this, in particluar where I can find information on this on the cic website.
Also, what documents are deemed sufficient in terms of showing that we have lived together. We have a bank account together, will be able to provide letters from friends and tons of pictures. We did live on a University campus together for one year, however because he was only a part time student and the University only put my name on the lease as they do not rent out apartments to part time students.

Thank you.

you can find processing times for outland spouses and partners here.

do you have a link to that other post? because as far as I am aware, you can only apply through buffalo if you've been legally admitted into the states for a certain length of time.
