From Canada Post:
"Item has been presented to Canada Border Services Agency for customs review."

Our application has been stuck in Richmond, BC since Friday, March 3rd. Anyone have experience with this? It's just a stack of paper. This is so irritating :-(
 
That's odd for a document, but drugs and illegal tender can get through by looking like a document. Unfortunately it is now stuck in the customs queue. It could be any day or weeks.

The worst I've had with a package is about 2 weeks, but generally just a few working days.
 
I shipped something to Canada from USA and it got held up at customs. Took 3 days!

Don't worry, it should be fine :)
