Outland application question

Hello, I applied to sponsor my wife Outland back in December 1rst 2021. A week before that, she had applied to TRV and got it approved on Dec 23rd 2021. We still haven't received the AOR for the sponsorship application. She came to Canada in January 2022 and is planning to return to her country in April to spend a few weeks there and then come back to Canada.
Do you think there would be a problem with that?
I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME ADVICE from you guys.

others may know better but i see no problem with permanent residence application, The only one potential issue being is theres no guarantee she will be allowed back in canada (until after PR)

A multi entry visa does not guarantee entry it will be up to the agent.

Perfectly normal. There is of course small chance she wouldn't be allowed back in, but small.
