Outland App in Process - New Passport & number before bio and PRC req issued

Two weeks ago I received a renewal of my passport which contains a new number. This past weekend, I received a requests for a local police record certificate and a RCMP certified record. I also got a biometrics instruction letter.

In the document it states, the passport used before must be the same one used. How do I proceed? My old passport is cancelled but i still have possession of it. Do i just include a copy of the old passport bio page along with the new in my submissions? or do i update ircc with the new passport first?

You can do with old passport amd then send the new one with webform. Do your biometrics with old one and include both old and new passport through webform.
