Out of status for 3 years what can my friend do she has been out of status for 3 years she has a spouse she is married with him and has a baby with him but she is out of status what can she do can she still be legal to stay in canada what documents does she need to get back in status. Being out of status is never good.

This may mean that IRCC looks at the application at lot more closely to ensure the relationship is genuine.
