Hello all -

Please see my situation below. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am currently out of status in canada. However, I have applied for restoration prior to the 90 day deadline. I received an ITA to apply for PR under Canadian Experienced Class recently while I was out of status, though restoration applied. I have submitted my PR application and explained everything. Hope all is ok here?
Is there any requirement to have legal status when applying from within canada. I have studied and worked in canada with all legal work thus far.

Please advise.
