Out of status! Need help please

Hi everyone!
Here is my issue my WP and all my family expired on January 1st, 2019. I have applied for a WP extension on October 31, 2018. I am on implied status now I am still working but the thing is no news from IRCC I am trying to link my application on website It does not get through. It says no application was found. And I check on processing time it gets stuck on October 5 no update anymore. My 90 days will expire on April 1st.
Here is my question Can I apply for a restoration of status straight away and waiting for the WP renew? Is it possible to do so?

What was your previous WP? PGWP?

It is an extension with the same employer but a different job title. We are LIMA exempt to my employer paid the compliance fees and I get an number for my employment. But the process is so long so we worried a bit

We are exempt of LMIA we never did that before and I get refused on October, fortunately, I do have enough time to work on it and get it done so quick. So we get an LMIA exempt number and compliance fee paid. And re-apply it again, now we are waiting almost 104days now no news yet
