OTTAWA Vs TORONTO confused help plz!

i want to know which place is better to live OTTAWA or TORONTO.
as i am (perhaps) going into Algonquin or centennial collage

so please suggest me and give some information regarding those places in terms of "part time job availability", "rent of rooms", "Living expenses" and "jobs after PG"

it would be a great help.
