In my sponsor approval letter mentioned file will be transferred to New delhi for further processing.

But when i called ircc, the agent said my visa is ottawa ir... file transferred on 15 jan

Hello did you hear anything more about Ottawa IR? When you say your file was tranferred, do you mean from New Delhi to Ottawa IR....my file is in Ottawa IR and some say they dont process applications, just a storage.
