I've received a letter asking me to submit my original passport for my Study Permit request.
I failed to notice that it has expired (since I don't really use it), so now I'm in the process of renewing it.
The problem is that I cannot make their 30 day deadline, so I used the case specific enquiry form and it said that they received my message.
However, it's already been more than 10 days and I still haven't received any reply, what do I do now?
