Hi, I would like to know which original documents are required for spouse immigration? The applicant lives in Pakistan. In country specific requirements, they did not mention whether to send photocopies or original documents. Secondly, will the applicant has to send educational documents as well for spouse immigration application? Thanks
You will be sending photocopies. they do not require original unless they specifically ask for it.
you will have to fill out and submit the schedule A form after your application is received by IRCC, that form takes your educational history also. they do not need any educational documents unless they ask for it separately.
you also do not have to get the photocopies certified/notarized. only notarized photocopies if they need to be translated from Urdu(or other language) to English.
