My application was rejected by CIO and I am not preparing to re-apply. The first time I had a representative do it for me so now I want to know what is the best way to organize the application package as I will be sending a lot of supporting documentation to provide sufficient proof of my status in Canada. Any advice? Should I staple everything together or should I divide each supporting documentation with a labelled page separator (an A4 paper with a label)? Any hints guys?

I have a large amount of supporting documentation, especially in the work-experience section. I'm even thinking about adding a cover letter for each job position that explains the proofs individually for each position.
