Options to renew visa for parents

Hello folks,

I am trying to figure out my options to renew visa for my parents, they currently have multiple entry visa where they can stay in Canada for six months, their current visa expires in June 2020, Since there is no such clarity about new sponsorship program yet from CIC, I don't know what would be my best option to renew their visa looking at present situation.

I am visiting India next week and will stay there for about a month, Someone has advised me to bring them in Canada along with me and I can apply for super visa from here on in Canada itself, but if I apply for Super visa then will I be eligible for sponsorship when ever program re-opens this year ? ..Some of things that I am not sure about.

Kindly share and advise as how should I proceed.

I suggest you read the IRCC website on topics resting to immigration, visiting Canada and extending stays.

You can’t apply for a supervisa in Canada. The PGP program has nothing to do with whether your parents are currently visiting you in Canada.
