I wanted to know what are the options or courses to pursue after having an mba from India with three years of marketing experience. Please let me know the options, Thanks in advance.

Difficult to comment without knowing if you have any other areas of interest or skill. With an MBA already under your belt and having worked in marketing, are you interested in pursuing reasearch in marketing? If yes then have you done any research as part of your MBA?
If not the above then what are your career goals? If you want to do something on your own then a master's in entrepreneurship could be an option.
