Profile:- All outside Canada
Qualification:- 4 years bachelor degree (16 year education)
Experience;- 6 years working as software Developer
IELTS :- Overall 8 (with 6 in writing)

I am interested to know what's are different possibilities I have to immigrate to Canada. I can see what is my score on CRS scale.
What are the different province I should try for Software development perspective?

1. Your age is missing
2. with your IELTS test which is below CBL 9 (6 in writing equals CBL 7 for that skill), you will loose some transferability points.
Your profile would be depending on your age (and CBL for each language skill) somewhere between 300 and 380, which is way too low (last draw of applicants was at CRS 470 or higher).
So you need to retake IELTS and check for other options how to increase your points.
