my friend graduated from a centennial college in 2017 and did not apply for pgwp for her 2yr program
She went back to her back country
she came back in 2018 to do the 1yr advanced program. due to poor marks in the advanced program she is on suspension until sept. 2019.her permit is valid until june 2020

is she in violation of her study permit by still working during the suspension?
is she elligible for a 2yr pgwp since she did not apply back in 2017?
what are her options until sept 2019 when school starts?
will she be eligible for a 3yr pgwp upon completion of advanced program that lasts 1yr?

She cannot work while on suspension.
No - she is not eligible for a PGWP based on the program she finished in 2017.
She can remain in Canada without working.
No. The most she will be eligible for is a 1 year PGWP.
