Hey, trying to get application together and have a question. I am a Canadian sponsoring my American Wife (married 5 years). I have been living in the US and working here for 17 years. Do I need an option "C" printout? I file my taxes in America. Please advise. Thank you!
Follow the directions on the document checklist. Its says to provide your latest option c print out and if cannot include the option c print out provide an explanation on a separate piece of paper. You should also attach your latest W-2 (I think the US Wage and tax statement is called a W-2?) and any sort of notice of assessment from the IRS.
