Option C Printout Alternative?

I'm a Canadian citizen, who's been living abroad since childhood and have never worked in Canada.

I now want to sponsor my husband and daughter to live in Canada.

I am currently a stay-at-home mom, and my husband is the sole provider for our household.

We live in a tax-free country.

QUESTION:
What can I send in lieu of the Option C Printout?

If you are abroad, and cannot provide an Option C printout (like myself), then simply include a letter stating so. The check is primarily to determine if you have been on social services within the last year.
