Is this mandatory to send "Option-C" for co-signer, who just started a permenant job One month a go? I am wondering if an employment letter mentioning all details such as salary, job title, hours during the week, etc will work.

Unless the co-signer filed an income tax in Canada for 2008 s/he won't have an appendix C, so what you have should suffice plus a copy of his employment cheque.

will it work just the opposite way - if a sponsor has just started working, and the main financial support proof lays on co-signer?
