Opt-in for Valid Open Work Permit Holders

This process was closed in 2023, there's no option to "opt-in" to extend your WP anymore.

I understand, the question isn't about that. I opted in and received the 18mo extension back then, but now my partners pgwp expires earlier than my owp. So I was wondering if it's possible to get owp for him based on my permit. Technically, it shouldn't be, but maybe someone could confirm from their own experience
