Hi Everyone,
I have a CIC score of 442 and I am thinking to add application to OPNP, my NOC code is Human Resource Manager. I just need to confirm how does PNP works, I mean I know if the score in CIC will be 442 or less I will surely receive ITA, os this same for PNP as well or they pick and choose out of the lot?
