I'm travelling to Quebec in January (still waiting on my Study permit/visa to arrive, don't have it yet) and I'm thinking of getting an account with Royal Bank of Canada to make things easier. Can I open a student-specific account with them from abroad (they have a dubai office)? And also, can I do it before getting my study permit/visa? Or do I have to wait till I get them before doing anything?
