Good morning!

I am from the Philippines. I will be applying thru Study Direct Scheme for a Post-Graduation Program in Toronto Canada. I am hoping that my husband can come with me during my studies there. I already checked the immigration website that he is eligible for an Open Work Permit Visa once my Study Permit will be approved. I just would like to ask for suggestions on how should we submit his application (online or VFS?) and any suggestions on how to avoid denial of his visa?
