I am a foreign national and working in Canada as a temporary worker. My wife came with me as Visitor dependent and applied for open work permit and got a job in Canada. My question is, can I go back to my country while my wife working here till the expiry of work permit ? Please answer.

You leave Canada, her permit becomes invalid and she can no longer work.
From the FW Manual Section 5.38
• The principal foreign worker and spouse must physically reside, or plan to physically reside,
in Canada while working.
