I applied for open work permit on nov10 2017 but got refused yesterday and my daughters visitors extension too refused..my query is, my PR is under process what to do now..? my stay of visit is 6 months so expiring on 25 march 2018.currently my husband is on PGWP and have full time job. ps: the reason for refusal says you have not provided proof that your spouse is a full time student.

You only qualify for an OWP if your husband has a skilled job and you need to include proof of that in the app.

You need to apply for Restoration for both yourself and your child. You only qualify for an OWP if your husband has a skilled job and you need to include proof of that in the app.

OP has valid status until March 25. I don't think restoration is required at this point.

No.. He was a student at that time.. They didn't ask for any document

Your TRV validity is irrelevant. That doesn't mean you can stay in Canada until December 2018.

Your six month visit expires in March. You have valid status in Canada until then.

You were correctly refused in that case. You applied when his studies were almost over.
