Dear all,
Can anyone advice to my query

My spouse currently working in canada under Intra company transfer and holding temporary resident visa.

As a partner, do I eligible for open work permit.

I searched through various sites and CIC but it's not clear abt the eligibility.

If Iam eligible, whether I can request at port of entry. By the way, I have temporary resident visa and will be travelling shortly.
